WEST HAVEN, CONN. — Watson, Inc. has added Edible Glitter Nature Colors to its Edible Glitter portfolio. The ingredients’ colors are sourced from such items as cabbage juice, algae, carrots, radish, turmeric and annatto. Edible Glitter may be used as a sprinkle, topping or inclusion in confectionery items, baked foods and frostings.
The new Edible Glitter ingredients are unflavored or flavor-neutral. They contain no sugar, artificial sweeteners, fats or hydrogenated vegetable oils.
